Wake AI is an intelligent alarm clock application that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized alarm ringtones with your custom message. The service includes:

• Customizable alarm settings and scheduling
• AI-powered custom alarm ringtones with text-to-speech technology
• Selection of premium AI voices for personalized wake-up messages
• Subscription-based access to custom ringtone features

3. Use of the App

Wake AI does not require traditional account creation. Your personal preferences and alarm settings are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for all activities that occur through your use of the App.

4. Subscription and Payment

Wake AI operates on a subscription model:

  • Annual Plan: USD $19.99 per year
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings
• Refunds: Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policy

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. AI Service Usage

The AI custom ringtone feature is provided through third-party AI text-to-speech services (ElevenLabs). By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Custom ringtones are generated using AI text-to-speech technology
• The quality and pronunciation of AI-generated speech may vary
• Ringtones are generated based on your custom message input (max 150 characters)
• You will not use the service to generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App
• Use any automated system to access the App
• Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements or payment systems

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Wake AI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Data Collection and Privacy

Your use of Wake AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to such collection and processing.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WAKE AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WAKE AI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO OVERSLEEPING OR MISSING IMPORTANT APPOINTMENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAKE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wake AI and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
